The Customer Booking Portal
The Customer Booking Portal grants web page access to your customers so that they can create and submit their own bookings.
Portal access is currently limited to 'account customers' only. Functionality for one-off guest customers and credit card payments is on the roadmap for future release.
Portal access is set within individual customer contacts.
Your logo and chosen background image can be personalised by your topbox Administrator via Admin Settings.
You can enable your users to receive a portal booking notification email when a customer makes a booking via the portal. See Adding a new user for more information.
A portal short cut is available via your profile Profile > More > Customer Portal:
