Homepage dashboard
The topbox home page displays the Completed Booking Revenue & Cost dashboard for any user who has an Admin role in their user profile. Users who are not marked as an Admin in their profile (but marked as a User instead) see the page displayed with a logo, see Adding a new user for more information.
The data displayed defaults to information for the current year but can be changed using the Year drop-down.
Data is added to the report after the job is marked as POD. The dashboard can take a few minutes to update between actions, click the Refresh button to force an update.
Typically when your company hits around 100,000 jobs created in the same calendar year, the dashboard screen can take longer to load. You will see a message "KPI data is being generated - please wait or continue using topbox and return to this screen later" to advise you the dashboard is still loading. You can still navigate around and use topbox while the data loads.
The dashboard displays the following rows of data for each month of the year:

Bookings | This row displays the number of completed and invoiced bookings. |
Price | This row displays the total value that you have invoiced to your customers. |
Credits | This row displays the total value that you have credited to your customers. |
Cost | This row displays the total costs paid to drivers. |
Margin | This row displays the % difference between the Price and Cost. |
Customers | This row displays the number of customers used on bookings per month. |
Options
Click the Options button to Group Bookings By the following date and time types:
Booking Completed At
Customer Invoice Created At
Driver Invoice Created At
The Filter Bookings option allows you to filter On Customer Invoice and On Driver Invoice.
Filters actively being used are displayed by the Options button.
