Welcome to the topbox Help Portal. Use these articles to locate answers to your topbox queries.

topbox is tested to run on the latest version of Chrome and Firefox. It is not tested on Safari or Microsoft Edge.

After 60 minutes of inactivity in topbox, a one minute countdown timer appears at the top of the screen. If topbox remains inactive at the end of the countdown the user is automatically logged off.
