Editing bookings
You can edit any booking. Some changes can be made only to in-progress bookings, while others can be made to POD bookings up until they are invoiced. No changes can be made once a topbox invoice has been created against the booking.
Instructions
Locate the booking in topbox via the Control or Search Bookings screens.
Do one of the following:
If viewing the Control screen click the action menu > Edit Booking.
If viewing the Search Bookings screen click the pencil icon.
If viewing the booking summary click Edit.
The following may be edited:

Make required changes and click Save Booking.
Result
The booking has been updated.
If changes are made to any in-progress booking assigned to a mobile driver, that driver receives a 'job updated' app notification and the new details display in the app.
