Customers
Customers are required to be entered in topbox before a booking can be made using their details.
The Setup > Customers screen displays the following columns:
Column | Description |

Name | This column displays the customer's name. |
Account Number | This column displays the customer's account number. |
Main Address | This column displays the customer's main address. |
Pay Method | This column displays the customer's pay method. |
Invoice Frequency | This column displays the customer's invoice frequency. |
On Hold | This column displays if the customer is on-hold. New bookings cannot be created if they are. |
Rate Card | This column displays the rate card assigned to the customer. |
The Show Disabled Customers option in the top right hand corner of the screen allows for quick viewing of customers that have been Enabled/Disabled in the Customer > Finance tab.
