Admin settings

Administration settings are accessed via your profile > More > Admin Settings.

If you require more than one Administrator, please log a request to help@topbox.pro.

Settings are divided into six sections detailed below.

General

Description

Days into the past from the `to` date to restrict searches to

Enter how many days into the past jobs on the Search Bookings should display by default.

With Driver status timeout

Enter how many minutes after a job is allocated to a driver without response the Control status should change to Ignored.
Note that changes made to the response timeout can take up to 15 minutes to replicate through the system. This is only relevant if changing a response timeout to 10 minutes and a job being allocated and ignored immediately.

Courier Exchange

Description

Enable CX

Enable this option to connect topbox account to your Courier Exchange account. Note that you must have your own account with CX to connect. Connection grants access to all users to allocate to CX.

Username and Password

Enter your Courier Exchange Username and Password. These details must be unique and must not be used by other users in your company to log to CX on other machines. For more information, see Entering Courier Exchange password details.

Invoice Terms

Enter the number of days required for Courier Exchange driver invoices.

Default Service Details

Enter how you wish to default the Service Details in a new booking.

Invoice & Paysheet

Description

Include All Addresses on Invoice

Enable this option to include all addresses on customer invoices.

Note that enabling this option in Admin Settings allows all addresses to be placed on invoices for all customers.

Include All Addresses on Driver Invoice

Enable this option to include all addresses on driver invoices.

Note that enabling this option in Admin Settings allows all addresses to be placed on invoices for all drivers.

Mobile

Field

Description

Force all customers to take photo on collection and delivery

Enable this option to make the submission of a POB and POD photos mandatory in the topbox Driver app.

Note that enabling this option in Admin Settings makes POB and POD photo mandatory for every customer. To apply a mandatory photo to selective customers, do not enable this option, but enable the option within individual customers via the Customer > Details > Options > Require Collection/Delivery Photo fields.

Delivery Photo Email

Enter the email address of where you wish POD photograph emails to be sent.

Logo Upload

Use the upload feature to store a logo and/or background image for use in the customer portal. After upload, a URL is displayed and can be pasted to the relevant field in the Customer Portal tab. You can upload as many images or logos as you need and receive a unique URL for each.
