What a driver sees in the mobile app

Driver sees job summary:

Job distance and collection time are displayed automatically.

Driver price is displayed if enabled.

If a driver is allocated multiple jobs in the app, they are displayed in order of the collection Ready At date and time.

Driver taps address summary to view full address and postcode:

Driver swipes to Accept/Reject job. Rejected jobs are removed from app:

For accepted jobs, driver sees job summary with all stops:

Any references and collection and delivery time-frames/deadlines are displayed.

Driver taps ! icon to view notes if entered:

Driver taps pin icon to start navigation to stop address:

At the collection stop the driver taps Arrive.

The Signature and/or Photo button may display if enabled:

If photos are enabled, the driver takes a delivery photo:

If signatures are enabled, the driver taps the Signature button and takes an electronic signature, enters a recipient Name, confirms No. of Items and optionally enters Notes.

The Name entered must be at least 2 characters long.

This marks the job as POD in topbox.

The Collection part of the job is marked as completed and the process is repeated for remaining stops.

Completed jobs are removed from app.
