Scheduling a booking
The schedule bookings feature allows you to create reoccurring bookings for identical jobs.
A scheduled can be created from scratch or from an existing/historic booking.
You can schedule bookings to re-occur on set day(s) of the week for a fixed period of time.
The scheduled booking automatically appears on the Control screen at midnight the night before the selected day.
There are currently no exceptions for bank holidays. If you do not require a scheduled job on a bank holiday you must manually mark it as cancelled. See Cancelling a booking for more information.
Instructions: Creating a new scheduled booking
Within topbox click Bookings > Schedule Bookings.
Click New Schedule Booking.
Proceed to create the booking as per standard 'new booking' instructions:
If you wish the scheduled job to appear on the Control screen on the morning of the delivery day, change the Ready At date in the booking form to be at least 15 minutes from now.
The requirement to change the Ready At time for bookings that appear on the delivery day is a known issue. We hope to remove this requirement in a future release.
If you wish the schedule job to appear on the Control screen the day before the delivery day, change the Ready At date in the booking form to be one day from now.
If you wish the schedule job to appear on the Control screen two days before the delivery day, change the Ready At date in the booking form to be two days from now.
Click Save Schedule.
From the Scheduler pop-up choose a Start Date and End Date for your schedule.
The schedule will not start until the start date and automatically ceases on the end date.
Select the day(s) of the week the booking should appear on the Control screen.
Click Save.
Instructions: Creating a schedule from an existing booking
Locate the booking to schedule from the Control or Search Bookings screen.
Do one of the following:
If on the Control screen click the action menu > Create Schedule.
If on the Search Booking screen, click the pencil icon > action menu > Create Schedule.
The dates within the booking are updated to today's date, all other fields remain the same.
Proceed to edit the booking as per standard 'new booking' instructions:

Result
The schedule is displayed on the Schedule Bookings page. A copy of this booking appears on the Control screen at midnight the night before each scheduled day. The booking should be managed as per standard Control screen instructions.
The schedule can be managed from the Schedule Bookings page where it can be edited using the pencil icon.
If the booking Ready At date is later than the day the booking was scheduled to appear, make sure you did not change the Ready At time in the original schedule.
Cancelling a schedule booking
Locate the schedule to be cancelled within Bookings > Schedule Bookings.
Click the action menu > Cancel Schedule Booking.
Enter a Reason and click Cancel Booking.
Result
The schedule remains with a Cancelled status. No further bookings are scheduled.
