Deleting tariffs

Within topbox navigate to Setup > Pricing > Rate Cards.

1. Click on the rate card you wish to edit the tariffs within.

2. Do one of the following:

   • To delete a zonal tariff only, click the trash icon for that zonal tariff.

   • To delete a mileage tariff, click Delete against the mileage tariff.

     • Note that if the service contains tariffs for both mileage and zonal pricing, you must delete the zonal tariff first before the option to delete the mileage tariff becomes available.

3. Click Confirm.

Result

If you have deleted a zonal tariff only, the associated mileage tariff remains in the rate card.

If you have deleted the mileage tariff, an empty rate card remains for that service; note there must be at least one other Service Type in the rate card containing a mileage tariff.

Within topbox navigate to Setup > Customers.

1. Click on the customer and click the Finance tab.

2. Within the Special Pricing section click the trash can on the special price to be deleted.

   • An orange confirmation message appears.

3. Click Save to confirm the deletion.

Result

The special tariff has been deleted.
