Adding new Control screen views
You can add and edit additional control screen tabs to view in-progress bookings in a variety of ways.
An example of possible views include (but is not limited to):
A view of all active bookings for one Customer only.
A view of all active bookings for one Status, or a selection of statuses only.
A view of all active bookings logged against a specific Reference or Service Type.
A view of all active bookings that require collection or delivery within the next hour.
A view of all pre-booked jobs where the collection or delivery is more than 12 hours in the future.
Instructions
Navigate to the Control screen.
Click the Add New View plus icon. The tab that you are currently viewing is copied.
In the View Name field give your new tab a name and click Save. Duplicate tab names are not possible.
Click the Filter icon and then Add New Filter.
Select the Field you wish to filter by. You can choose any of the standard column headers in the control screen.
Select the Condition to apply to the Field. Depending on the options selected this is one of the following:
is one of = Results must match the entered criteria.
is not one of = Results must not match the entered criteria.
is up to = Used for date fields. Results must be less than the hours from now.
is at least = Used for date fields. Results must be more than the hours from now.Note: The Include Missing option for date stamps lets you include bookings that do not have a timestamp for the selected field.
Proceed to add as many filter combinations as required.
Click Save to finish.
Result
The new tab displays with the filters applied.
