Rebook, reuse or clone bookings
You can reuse the details of any existing booking to create a new one.
Bookings that can rebooked include historic jobs found via Search Bookings and in-progress jobs found via the Control screen.
Instructions
Locate the job to rebook from the Control or Search Bookings screen.
Do one of the following:
If on the Control screen click the action menu > Save & Rebook.
If on the Search Bookings screen, click the pencil icon > action menu > Save & Rebook.
Customer, Service, Contact, Address, Notes and Reference details are reused from the previous booking.
A new Booking Number is applied.
The Ready At date and time defaults to the current time but can be changed.
All other date fields are left blank but can be changed.
Click Save Booking.
Result
The booking appears on the Control screen ready for further action.
